Non profit organizations proved to be an  important part of the Summerfest celebration. Help raise money for your organization by reserving booth space for food or a game,  or you are more than welcome to choose both.

2008 Booth Prices:  (note: 2009 prices may change)

Non—Profit    (no electric)                                                               $35.00

Non – Profit    ( w / electric)                                                             $50.00

Business (electric included)                                                             $100.00

Display / Information Table or Booth                                                $10.00 (donation)

We do have a few restrictions we wish to stick by.

Booths: Booths are constructed of any material you would like. Portable concession trailers are also allowed, If you plan on using portable tarps or tarps of any kind, there will be no cooking under them.

Booth Sizes:  Normal Booth Size is considered 10’ x10’.  If you need to have more than a 10’ x 10’  space, it will require for you to reserve 2 spaces.

Food:  There will be no food duplications— if you choose a food item to serve for this day that has not already been reserved,  we guarantee that you will be the only group serving that  food item at the festival.  We will try to keep the list of taken foods posted so you will know if your second choice may need to be used.
